Not only will artists be awarded prime advertising spots throughout the city, costs for materials and further implementations of the projects will be covered. There will also be a professional press announcement of the event and a catalogue with documentation will be available at the end of the project.
Submissions can be any form of 2-dimensional media from photography, drawing, painting, collage or printmaking. New works are encouraged, but existing works will also be accepted for submission. Site-specific projects may also be chosen, even if the required space is not available. This will be discussed with the artist individually once chosen. An optional aspect of submissions is a performance piece, to be performed on the opening day.
Artists will be provided with 120g/gm post paper, which will cover all advertisement space. The smallest format is A1 (841 mm x 594 mm) and the largest is 20m x 2m.

A project description (max. 1 page, A4 size paper)
Supporting images, sketch, or plan of project (as jpeg file)
Brief CV including email and web address (max. 1 page, A4 size paper)
DEADLINE IS JUNE 17
Selections will be announced within a week of the submission deadline. Selected artists will install their works on Saturday July 21 and Sunday July 22.
