In partnership with Art Dubai and the Dubai International Film Festival, Alserkal Avenue and ArtintheCity will launch their 2nd annual free and public art event, QUOZ Arts Festival, on Saturday, November 23rd in the Al Quoz district, Dubai. The Alserkal Avenue Arts District will host over 40 events in 32 cultural venues, offering highlights in design, music, art and film.

The day long program (running from 10am until 10pm) will include exhibition openings, public murals, workshops, and outdoor music performances for all ages. During the day, there will be public art activities at thejamjar with London-based muralist Nazir Tanbouli. The A4 Pop-up Space – a community project space – will be launched during the festival, with panel discussions and an art bookshop by Art Dubai and Jashanmal Bookstores. In the evening, the Dubai International Film Festival will screen two films, Silence: All Roads Lead to Music directed by Haider Rashid and Daddy ABC directed by Hamad M. Alawar.
