Art Basel Paris takes place for the second time in the newly-renovated Grand Palais, in the heart of the French capital. This year, 206 galleries from 41 countries and territories, including 29 first-time participants and 65 galleries operating spaces in France are participating in the fair. Art Basel Paris is structured across three exhibition sectors: ‘Galeries’—in which exhibitors present the full breadth of their program; ‘Emergence,’ dedicated to emerging galleries and artists; and the ‘Premise’ sector, featuring highly singular curatorial proposals. In addition, the Public Program, realized in collaboration with the city’s leading cultural institutions, takes place in 9 different spaces across the city. Among these, the Petit Palais hosts a project by Julius von Bismarck—presented by Sies + Höke and The Ranch. We visited the preview and compiled a few photos to give you a glimpse into Art Basel Paris.
