Association Noemi – Espace Brownstone, formerly known as Fondation Brownstone, and Art in Latin America have announced the launch of an open call for artists from Latin America and the Caribbean to participate in a two-and-a-half-month artist residency in Paris, France.
This collaboration brings together Espace Brownstone’s more than two decades of experience as a key space for Latin American and Caribbean art in Paris and Art in Latin America’s mission to amplify, increase the visibility of and strengthen artistic practices from the region.
The residency will take place from January 15th to March 31st, 2027, at Espace Brownstone’s premises in the Le Marais district of Paris. The program will offer one artist the opportunity to develop their practice within an international context, advance an artistic research project or body of work and establish new connections with peers, communities, and institutions across the Parisian cultural ecosystem.
During their stay, the selected artist will receive accommodation, a dedicated studio and curatorial support focused on the development of their project and the creation of professional connections in Paris.
