The Fondation Fiminco is launching an open call for visual artists of all disciplines for an 11-month research, creation and production residency based in a former industrial site in Romainville (Seine-Saint-Denis) within greater Paris.
The residency program is open to artists living in France and abroad, with no age limit, who can demonstrate a career in the making or are already established. The Fondation Fiminco accepts applications from duos and collectives, however, the conditions of accommodation and work are the same as for individual artists.
Those selected for the residency can expect accommodation, workshops, production and administration support and transport. French language courses will also be available.
The Fondation Fiminco artist residency will last 11 months, from September 2024 to July 2025 and requires a daily and continuous presence and on-site accommodation for the artists for the duration of the residency.
